Do you take a deposit?
Yes — 25% to book your start date and order materials, the balance in stages as work completes. Never full payment up front.
How long does a bathroom take?
A full bathroom is typically two to three weeks. Your quote includes a working-day schedule, and we tell you which days the water will be off.
How do you protect my home?
Floor protection from the front door to the room, dust barriers, and a tidy-down every evening. Waste goes in our skip, not your drive.
Do I need planning permission?
Almost never for a bathroom or kitchen refit. Where building regs apply — electrics, drainage — our work is certified as part of the job.
What does the guarantee cover?
Our workmanship, for ten years on full fits. Manufacturer warranties cover the fittings themselves, and we register them for you.
